This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with a huge balcony facing the bay. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and with a view for Kotor Bay. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the freshly made omelette.

We found the hotel really comfortable and the service was excellent. The room was large and stylish overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony, reminiscent of Switzerland. Although we only stayed for two nights, the sheets were changed and the room cleaned after the first night. We had an excellent breakfast with hot food available. There was also parking which was very useful as the parking in Kotor itself was at a premium. The walk to the town was along the lake and only took about 20 minutes. Altogether an excellent choice of hotel.

Great location by the sea with stunning views. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Enjoyed the short, lovely walk to the city center along the beautiful waterside. Breakfast was delicious, homemade pastries were a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Marija and her staff were lovely. They were very helpful and went out of their way to look after us. Marija was full of information about the town and its sights and organised an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early one morning which was sensational. The views across the bay from the room were beautiful and the room was spacious and comfortable.

We had an amazing business trip and great stay at a hotel near the beach. The location was perfect for us, just a few steps down the shore from the water and close to some great restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful, with towels changed every day and a delicious breakfast served every morning. We also appreciated the air conditioning during the hot temperatures.

The hotel was a bit noisy during the day due to nearby traffic and the bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, making the floor wet after each use. Nonetheless, these were minor inconveniences and didn't detract from our wonderful stay.

Spacious room with amazing balcony views of the bay. The location is steps away from the sea and a pleasant walk along the promenade to the Old Town. Breakfast had a great selection, including homemade pastries. highly recommended.
